Michael Bracy - Policy in Focus

Michael Bracy is a strategist, advocate and connector with 20 years’ experience working at the cross-section of culture and public policy. As co-founder of the Future of Music Coalition, Michael worked to promote net neutrality, expand and protect noncommercial radio and reign in media consolidation. This work has given him a deep understanding of connecting artists to advocates and policymakers in ways that are strategic, authentic and in line with limited time and capacity. He recently served as a lead consultant on State of the Field: A Report from the Documentary Sustainability Summit, a collaboration between the National Endowment for the Arts and the International Documentary Association.
